Bonjour Geneve!

I'm here! I arrived this morning, on a gray, chilly day that reminds me a lot of Seattle. It's a holiday today too (great choice of arrival day, Alicia) and so it's very quiet - the streets are empty and lots of places are closed.

I'm staying at a lovely hotel until school opens tomorrow, when I can move into my foyer (that sounds so much better than 'dorm room'). Loving the look and feel of the city already, even just what I can see from my little window. Oh Europe, how I've missed you.

Taking off to seek out some coffee, and then walk around before mes amies arrive later this afternoon.
